The most amazing and efficient service - my father-in-law ordered a stairlift from a2b stairlifts Ltd on Saturday morning, they came and measured the same day, and installed it before lunch-time on Monday! Fantastic - a credit to the Company and 10 out of 10 for service. Thanks.

Had my new stairlft installed today, the boys were friendly and efficient and didn't take long to remove my old lift and install the new one. Would recommend this company if anyone needs a new stairlft or a maintenance check on an old one. Thank you lads..you did a Stirling job

This firm charged 490 to replace 2 batteries and left the stairlift in a dangerous condition scrapping and not aligned. When my elderly disabled parents called them back to correct the work they basically tried to hard sell them a new stairlift and charged them a 75 call out fee. Since then, Acorn has serviced the stairlift, for 190 they upgraded the control module and ..... further replaced the batteries. Stay well away from this company. If they do turn up ensure you have a stables so they can tie up their horses. They are absolute cowboys. Disgusting.
