I had a small issue with glue coming away from some keys meaning key caps had slipped (making my piano unplayable).
Paul and the team were friendly and able to resolve the issue much quicker than I was expecting, and I am so grateful! I am planning to have the whole piano restored in the future and I will absolutely be having it looked after here.
