Services
About
Report
We are a full service holistic clinic founded in 2013 with a focus on osteopathy, therapeutic massage and mental wellbeing. OsteoWellbeing was founded by Sheyla Douce, who suffered with back and neck pain as a child but felt as though her problem wasn't diagnosed correctly because of her age. She wanted to change that, and treat patients of all ages with a completely open mind.
How can we help
Report
Osteopathy can help with a wide range of issues as well providing preventative care. Whether you have stress, an injury, issues with posture, or you want to prevent any strains, osteopathy can benefit you. The body is designed to heal itself but sometimes, this healing mechanism is affected and the body needs some help to get it up and running again.
Shoulder, hip and knee pain
Report
Osteopathy can help relieve issues within the shoulder, hip and knee joints, increasing blood flow and encouraging your body to repair itself. We can check muscles and joints, working to identify the cause of your pain and using our expertise to design the right treatment plan for you. Want to talk to us about your shoulder, hip or knee pain?
Lower back and neck pain
Report
Osteopathy can help reduce pain and increase mobility in your neck and lower back. It can also improve your posture in these areas; your osteopath will work with you to strengthen certain muscles. This alleviates current issues, and offers long-term solutions that prevent pain from returning. Want to talk to us about your lower back or neck pain?
Slipped disc
Report
Osteopathy can help to decompress the area around a slipped disc, allowing it to retract and reducing the level of pain and inflammation. Your osteopath will work to improve the health of the disc itself, to try and prevent further injury. It is also important to strengthen the area around the disc to prevent further slipping; your osteopath will create a tailored treatment plan to help you with this.
