Osteopathy is a system of diagnosing and treating mechanical imbalances of the body which may result in or aggravate a variety of symptoms or conditions. However you don't have to have a specific problem to benefit from Osteopathic treatment as it improves a person's body mechanics which helps with the development of a better posture.
What to Expect

The first appointment lasts approximately an hour and includes a case history, examination and treatment. The case history includes details of the present symptoms, general health and medical history. This is followed by a physical examination including observation of posture and some simple movements.

Many people ask what attracted me to Osteopathy. From an early age I was fascinated by nature and spent many a summers evening in the garden concocting various lotions and potions from petals, leaves and mud; then applying them to my family, friends and pets to make them "feel better". Luckily they all survived!
