Contact us to check availability, then pay a £500 deposit to secure your date. We'll provide terms and conditions, with balance payments split into four installments before your event.
Can we use our own suppliers?
Yes, though all caterers must have 5-star hygiene ratings. We charge £200 for non-recommended caterers using our kitchen facilities and require public liability insurance from all suppliers.
Is the barn heated?
Yes, with underfloor heating, external warm air pumps, and ceiling fans to circulate warmth. The newly installed roof ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.
What guest capacities do you accommodate?
Great Barn seats 150 for meals (120 with ceremony), with evening capacity for 200. Godwick Hall hosts up to 30 guests for smaller weddings and intimate ceremonies.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes, we provide ample parking in adjacent meadows with designated drop-off points directly outside the barn entrance for guest convenience.
Can we decorate the venue?
Decorations are permitted with restrictions to protect historical fabric. We prohibit helium balloons but offer LED lighting alternatives. All electrical items must have valid PAT test certificates.
