Catering - We have our own extensive catering facilities and unlike most other venues we do not have set menus you have to use - from Fish and Chips to Curries, traditional three course roast dinners to giant Paellas, and Tapas to Cream Teas, we will talk to you to ensure that all food on the day is your choice - not ours!

Most Wedding breakfasts have either two or three served courses, usually consisting of a starter, main and dessert. Serving options can include served buffet style (we do not suggest this as it can take some time for all your guests to get their meals), fully plated, plated main with veg served on the table (family service) or served on sharing platters on the table for a fully informal meal!.

There is always a wow factor with a Spit Roast! Many companies nowadays do most of the cooking in their own kitchens and transport the pig partly cooked, only finishing off at the end on site. We have always preferred the traditional method where our staff slowly spit roast the pig for up to 9 hours to ensure the crackling is crispy and the meat is succulent!
