Richard Lawson Pianos came highly recommended to us and Richard didn't disappoint. From our initial visit to the showroom through to delivery and on-going service, he was so helpful and informative. The showroom is incredible and well worth a visit to try before you buy. We did our research and explored a number of other piano stockists but his service, product and costs were the best we found. Delivery was swift too, within a few days, with considerate movers. You won't go wrong in his hands. Thank you Richard!

The leather duet stool that I bought is astonishly good value and is a great looking piece of furniture. It is sturdy and the storage space under each of the two hinged seats is sufficient for a number of music books. Some retailers try to justify eye-watering prices for factory assembled stools. In my view, this self assembly stool will remain rigid and I am very pleased with my purchase. I should also mention the excellent customer service that I received. The general packaging was excellent but one of the legs was "marked" due to a factory packaging error. Richard returned my phone call within

Highly recommend Richard Lawson Pianos!!! We bought a Yamaha YUS upright piano (refurbished by Yamaha) from Richard Lawsons and really pleased. Both Richard and Colin were very helpful and beyond our expectations. They were professionals and explained everything, answered our questions patiently. They didnt rush us to take a decision and let us try out few pianos until we were happy.
Colin offered his professional recommendation and helped us to decide on the purchase. Colinss recommendations was reconfirmed by the piano technician we hired and you can completely rely on Colin and Richards

We have been looking for a refurbished Yamaha upright piano for a while and have been visiting several stores. In the end we went for Richard Lawson due to its range of choices and the professionalism from the sales manager Colin. The showroom at Richard Lawson is impressive! Every piano being new or refurbished is in excellent condition and the layout is structured. Colin is very professional and friendly when we were in the showroom. He not only gave us some advice but also allowed us including my 9yr old boy plenty of time to try different U3/U1 pianos available. The delivery went smoothly as
