Hopelessly disorganized in my opinion. Can't comment on the teaching - they don't answer the phone or emails so I can't book anything. I tried for three weeks - I sat in reception twice and gave my details to two different people, who promised someone one would be in touch - that was a month ago. I can't tell if it's because I'm 60 years old or because I mentioned jazz - but they clearly didn't think I was worth bothering with. I found great practice rooms and friendly professional tuition at Jacques Samuel in London - they seem happy to do business with me!
