Thank you tp the ladies in the shop not only did my son lose his PE top but we sat in an hours traffic to get there and then only had cash no money 🤦♀️ and the ladies really helped me great service.

Great service from uniform wise. I phone up to find out when an order would be ready and was told they were just waiting for the skirt to be delivered to them. I told them that we only had one left, so would be great to get the order asap. A knock at the door that night at around 7 and they had hand delivered the order! What great customer service.

In store they are great the ladies are so nice and helpful,
But online to contact are a nightmare
The phones always off the hook and i emailed over a week ago with no response, so i think their customer service needs improving. I understand this is busiest time of year for them
But someone needs to be in charge of customer service emails etc as over a week is very long to not be contacted back!

Tried calling the shop in the last 2wks to book a time to buy uniform, called over 30 times today 21/8/21 no answer need to know when to visit as I have to pay on public transport which would be a waste of time if they don't have correct size needed
