I ordered a sports bra at the end of November in the same size that I normally wear, however it came up bigger which is unusual but I sent back middle of December (as I had been away) for an exchange and I can't fault Heidi she was really helpful in sorting out the exchange and given that it was just before Christmas the replacement came on the 27th just in time for me to wear at the gym today. I've seen the other reviews but my experience has been positive so thanks Heidi!

After reading the reviews after placing my order I was a little worried. However a friendly online chat with a member of staff reassured me and confirmed my order was due to be dispatched. People are always keen to write a bad review and I feel that on this occasion praise needs to be acknowledged for the fast efficient service of this company - ordered late on Monday received on Saturday. Great service & prices - will no doubt be ordering again! Bravo
