Acupressure is a manual therapy technique that is performed using fingers gradually pressing onto any of the 650 key trigger points around the body to simulate pain relief and muscle relaxation. I began my practice in 2005 with a range of mobile remedial therapies, which soon led on to the opening of my first clinic at the Notts Football Stadium. 17 years later and I'm the proud owner of a very well established clinic, the head of an amazing team of healers and have amassed a range of healing skills that cover hands on body alignments, nutritional analysis and advice and also life purpose coaching.
