Our Secondary Mortgage Lending Department has experience dealing with all aspects of Consumer Credit Loans from advising on the drafting of the agreements, updating the clients on the ever-changing Regulations, procedures for granting and registering charges as well as taking all necessary action if the account goes into arrears.

The team is headed by Paul Grant who works closely together with his fellow litigation Partner David Sichel. As an overall guide, we cover property, commercial/contracts, employment, partnership, company, insolvency and medical regulation. We pride ourselves in giving the same expert service as a City firm but at a lower charge out rate.

Our Regulatory and Disciplinary team provide both expert advice and experienced advocacy services in cases before an array of healthcare regulatory bodies. The team, which is led by Paul Grant, provides support with an expertise in this complex area of law at all stages of the process.
