Very pleased with the team at CLC as they have been very helpful and professional right through the process which was unusually protracted. Despite everything, they were incredibly responsive, reliable and efficient, as well as very reasonable. It is in fact the second time we have used them after a recommendation and pleased we did. This is the 1st time that I have had to use a conveyancing solicitor as a seller and I have been so impressed that I shall certainly be using CLC again when I shall be a buyer again. Aslan is there when you need him and helps make the choppy waters of local authority searches and chasing all and sundry as smooth as can be. Plus the fees are totally reasonable, I found these through a couple of recommendations on the Nextdoor app and would not hesitate to recommend them also.

I never post reviews, but I feel compelled this time. Selling our home during the pandemic was something of a nightmare, but amid the general chaos Aslan remained always professional and responsive. He definitely went the extra mile. When things got complicated, he remained patient and didn't over charge us even as the sale dragged on for much longer than anticipated. Without his help I am certain the sale would have fallen through. I'd absolutely recommend him as a solicitor.
