All bookings made though our flexible booking policy are fully refundable up till 3 days before the stay date and require no advance payment. Now we are going to the next phase of the pandemic we would like to let you know that we still have some policies in place to try to stop infection.

Whilst we have lifted the necessity to wear facemasks and socially distance as mandatory we ask all guests to be aware of other guests and staff's personal space.We are continuing with measures to minimise contact such as operating a 'Do Not Disturb' policy for room servicing and keeping a one way system in place on our stair cases to avoid people passing and to ease congestion.
