Was looking for plinth heater to replace my old kitchen radiator during our kitchen rebuild but wanted separate thermostat to control temp... Ordered and received the next day, so brilliant service... But my fault completely, I ordered the wrong one..I spoke to Jake and within 3 days the issue was sorted... Heater returned, refund received and the correct heater delivered, to ready to install next week. Thanks for getting me sorted...Highly recommended professional company.

I was unsure about buying plinth heaters,Id heard people in the past saying theyre not very good & a waste of money,well how wrong was i,Ive got 2 in my kitchen which is open plan into my conservatory & breakfast room,so quite a large space to fill & fill it they do,I couldnt be happier,quieter than expected & very efficient,these things are great,my wife wanted a standard radiator but I insisted on these,thank god I made the right choice,weve got 2 KPH-1800Ws connected to one thermostat & couldnt be happier,and its always nice to buy British 5*

I am writing this review as I cant rate Thermix UK highly enough . The units I bought for my kitchen and bathroom are excellent, and arrived promptly. The staff were very helpful in helping me order the correct heaters as I simply didnt have a clue. I plumbed in two of the kitchen heaters last week and they are fantastic and easily replace the loss of wall space for radiators, unfortunately I have no photos as they are literally sat on a concrete floor waiting for delivery of my kitchen, some time in January. I would not hesitate to use Thermix UK if/when I took on another project.

Order placed for KPH1500 in silver. Product received and fitted in new kitchen. Works really well and looks nice too. Andrew from Thermix was very helpful when I needed an extra part (my fault). The heater is very quiet and pumps out the heat even on the first setting. Would recommend.

Purchased the the WiFi model with the greatest heat output to replace a large radiator in my kitchen that wouldnt fit into my redesigned space and layout. It was really easy to install and set up, though havent fully tested it obviously because its summer. I have put in provisions for adding a second one at the other side of the room, but first impressions are that this wont be necessary. The customer service and order through to delivery experience was excellent and, as a professional kitchen designer/installer, Ill certainly be suggesting Thermix Plinth Heaters to clients with
