Questions
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver private orders locally to Brighton & Hove on Wednesdays and Fridays. For wholesale accounts we serve Sussex and parts of Hampshire seven days a week.
What are your ordering deadlines?
For bread and pastries order by 12:00 noon the day before delivery. Cake orders require 48 hours notice, with deadlines at 12:00 on Sunday for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday for Friday.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated gluten-free production room creating various breads, cakes and pastries. All items are produced separately to prevent cross-contamination.
Are vegan products available?
We offer extensive vegan options across all product categories, including specialist vegan croissants, cakes and sourdough breads produced in dedicated facilities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through our online ordering system for private orders. Trade customers should contact our accounts department for payment terms and options.

I ended up with 3 occasion cakes for my birthday from Coburn and Baker, they were all amazing...looked so professional and the taste and quality was something else. All my friends and family loved them too. Highly recommend.

😍 Extremely pleased with the service! fresh and gorgeous cakes! I live in US and wanted to home deliver an occasion cake to my sister in law in Brighton. Am so glad to have found this bakery!
