Sent three guys and two trucks to pick a pile of leaves smaller than a toddler. Proceeded to stay parked outside of my house just having a good ol' time with both vehicles running. Seems like a waste of equipment, time, and money. I really don't think one man on a crane truck needs to be observed by two other guys taking pictures and video. The best part of all of this is that they didn't even pick up all of the debris. Now it'll scatter through my and my neighbors yards unless we pick it up and dispose of it. Which at this rate seems like what we should have done in the first place. Thanks FCC

Very disorganized office servicing Rowlett, TX. Hard to get on phone, do not return calls and when they have errors on the billing - they state they will fix, then do not. More than 1 year, they are still billing me for a pickup that was done at a neighbors house and my service at a rate higher than our contract and a month after I discontinued it.

Approximately every three months you'll miss my trash pickup. then it takes me calling everyday to my Polk county representative to hopefully get it picked up within 5 days. this has been an ongoing thing for approximately a year if not longer. I am highly unsatisfied with the services I get from your business.
