Inefficient and incompetent service. Poor means of contact. They confirmed my appointment the day before then changed the time a couple of hours before it went ahead, disregarding their own cancellation policy. Couldnt understand why it wasnt okay for me to take the hit on my already purchased ticket back to the West Country.

Ive been visiting EF Medispa Kensington for last ten years and have always been incredibly happy with the amazing treatments Ive received. Recently Ive been seeing Adyta for Microfirm which has been wonderful for tightening and lifting my face and neck area ..Im thrilled with my results just after 3 treatments.
Adyta is very professional friend and extremely knowledgable in her field I cant recommend her enough!

I have been a client of EF Medispa for over 12 years and have both facials and body treatments - they are ahead of the curve in terms of the advanced technology and very latest equipment and machines they use. The treatments are always personally adapted to my specifics needs. I cannot recommend highly enough Edyta who has been my beautician for about 3 years. She knows exactly what my skin requires and helps me pick the most perfectly adapted treatments. I am always delighted by the results - which probably explains why I dont go anywhere else.
