Contactaspray are now working in partnership with Bishops Nissan, Guildford creating a professional image. We email photos throughout the repair process of the vehicle so this enables you when you pick the vehicle up to see the high level of processes utilised. This has been an enormously successful customer relation builder and good for technical and legal issues.

We contact customer before their Vehicle comes in for repairs asking for Photos and Chassis number to be emailed to us so we can order parts in advance. Our company responsibilities have, in these environmentally challenged times, evolved to work towards a greener future. Our processes are friendly to the environment and we're always looking for ways to improve further.

The Process

Your vehicle is brought into us and we give it a thorough inspection and determine the work and cost involved. Once the quote is accepted we issue a works card and take extensive photos of your vehicle's damage before work begins. Now I have had a chance to live with the 'new' car for a bit and see it properly without snow cover I just wanted to re-iterate how pleased I am with the work.
