Came here for sausage rolls before and most recently a cake for my parents silver anniversary and it was made extremely well! Great bakery with nice staff.

You can smell this old school bakery way before you see it, and not in a chemical Subway kind of way. The smell of the bakery warms the air of this pedestrian area behind Royal Avenue, and they always have tonnes of cakes and breads on shelves outside to tempt the eyes as well. You won't find your fancy modern artisan fayre (or trendy hipster service) here, but what you will find is an exceptional collection of fruity cakes and chocolatey treats, and their sausage rolls will brighten up the most boring of working lunches.
