Absolutely apaling and incompetent behavior in releasing the deceased to a Funeral Director NOT authorised or selected by us. The details of the requured director were ignored and we spent the day chasing around the co-op finding him.

The staff at this care home work dam hard to give the best care and compassion to the residents, very professional always doing there upmost to make sure everyone is safe and happy, well done to all at Bradwell at this difficult time x

My grandad has been moved from hospital and onto Sneyd at Bradwell. The staff are absolutely amazing! Always happy to chat with family and comfort us on more difficult days. Grandads care has been amazing. Always a happy staff member to assist grandad and go out of their way to help. Grandad is always clean shaven with fresh clothing and bedding. The food looks amazing with brilliant portion sizes and second helpings if requested. I cannot understand the bad reviews that I've seen? Rooms are basic but staff encourage family to take in personal items and furniture to make it homely. Highly recommended

My Dad Ernie was admitted to Bradwell Hall last week. I was so worried because I had worked in nursing homes myself and Knew some staff I had worked with were not like myself, careing. I can not praise the staff and care enough. All staff go out of their way to make sure each individual is looked and cared for in EVERY way.The food is excellent and to put it in a few words....it's more like a hotel. THANK YOU all. An absolutely outstanding Nursing home. My Sister has been at Bradwell Hall for the last year and the care she has received from the staff is wonderful. Our family cannot thank them enough for their care and attention 24 hours a day. Thank you all.
