Avoid these cowboys, in fact they make cowboys look like the Royal Guard. I was promised of a call to discuss my delivery. Never happened. I was promised to be informed of mattress arrival 30 minutes before happened. This happened 5 minutes before hand. They then chuck on an extra 20 to take the thing to the house from the vehicle , opted to do ourselves they said no and they will take it back. Absolute thieves. I'm happy to have some feedback from them and the 20 back. What a complete nightmare.

I bought a mattress for a good price from Mattress Time. I tried to find out when they were likely to deliver it. I followed instructions to set up an account online so I could track the delivery, as it was going to go to an empty flat. The website didn't work, there were no tracking details, in fact there were no order details at all. I tried to telephone and there was no answer. Two days later the mattress is delivered to the empty flat, where it was dumped in the communal hall. No delivery details were given to us at all. But at least the delivery was quick, and the mattress good, and also good

Check the reviews on Trust Pilot! I ordered a Nicole 2000 glossy, quilted mattress - and received the cheap, inferior knock off, see the comparison in the pictures. I am not the first person to have experienced this. Attempts to have the mattress collected and a full refund given have been a joke! Court proceedings have had to be instigated against these cowboys. You have been warned! Oh and by the way - the actual pictures of my mattress have been removed - too late boys, the truth is already out there - written by an overwhelming number of customers youve scammed!

Excellent! The mattress I ordered for my sons bed arrived on time and was the exact item I expected from the online description. I tried lying on it and his mattress is now more comfy than my own! Also, the delivery driver phoned half an hour prior to arrival, to confirm his estimated time of delivery. Fabulous service all round - thank you!
