I asked Castle Surveyors Ltd to conduct a Homebuyers Survey Report on a home I was purchasing in the Southampton area. The level of detail provided in the report was very good and uncovered a number of issues I was not expecting. Wayne, the surveyor, was also very helpful over the phone explaining his findings. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in future.

Used this company for a house purchase survey after researching local surveyors. Not only were they the best value but they carried out the survey within days (due to a cancellation this was even quicker than expected) and had the report to us within 48 hours of completion. It was thorough and highlighted a number of areas that required further attention. Having then spoken to the surveyor on the phone he was able, at my request, to supply the names of suitable local businesses who I could approach to carry out further checks for us. We were very impressed with the service throughout.
