Sillence-Hurn were able to get on site next day to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations that was urgently required. They were also very good at providing me with a detailed verbal feedback at the end of the site visit that helped me to keep the process moving forward, whilst awaiting the submission of the final schedule.
