What conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and arthritis symptoms. Our practitioners address both acute injuries and chronic conditions through manual therapy and tailored treatment plans.
How long are appointments?
First appointments last approximately 60 minutes including full assessment. Follow-up sessions typically take 30 minutes. Treatment duration varies based on individual patient needs and condition complexity.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Patients can self-refer directly to our clinic. We recommend bringing any relevant medical records or imaging reports to your first appointment for comprehensive assessment.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to treatment areas. Loose shorts and a vest top are recommended for lower body treatments. Patients may be asked to remove some clothing for effective manual therapy.
How are payments handled?
New patients pay in full at booking via card or cash. Online bookings require immediate payment. Insurance claims are processed by patients post-treatment. We no longer accept cheques as payment method.
What are your cancellation policies?
A fee applies for cancellations without 24 hours' notice. This policy ensures fair access to appointment slots while maintaining clinic operational efficiency for all patients.

First time appointment with Jenny. Really good experience, she carefully questioned and listened to me to find the route of the problem and then effectively gave me treatment to relieve the neck problems I had. She also gave ongoing advice to prevent recurrence.

I've been a patient of the centre for a very long time. The best thing about the centre is if you have a problem and your in pain they make a point of seeing you as soon as possible within 24 hours of calling, usually that same day. The patient always comes first.

Probably getting fed up of my reviews, but if someone is excellent at what they do then Im going to keep on reviewing... I have now been seeing Vaughn for what I believe is possibly my 20th year. Over the years apart from needing a spinal fusion I have been kept going by the team here. My recent visit due to mid back pain/spasm and agonising shoulder pain which Id had for a fair few weeks and wasnt easing. One treatment and Im on the road to recovery again with a lot more movement in my arm and a lot less pain. fantastic as usual but I do require a service award in 5 years time

Vaughan has put me back on my feet so many time my trust in him means i now travel 60 mile round trip to use him when required. His knowledge and advice on what to do with problems Ive had have saved me visits time after time meaning I now know when stretches etc etc won't cure my problem and I need to see him. With my confidence in him I have advised others friends to use him all of them saying they gained from there visits knowledge that other osteo's hadnt told them about there problem. Have used other osteophath with me moving around to different areas but none seem to get me on my feet
