I would advise taxi drivers not to go the drop and go car park for this hotel becouse I got charged, don't pick any custom going to this hotel unless they paying the charging fee which you will receive after few days, the worst hotel I have ever seen charging 13 minutes, I was waiting customer getting the room key and I was taking to arcadian again in total I was 13 minutes and they send me parking charge to my home address.

Overall satisfied with my stay. The room has everything you would need for a day trip and the staff seemed attentive and helpful. I stayed here with my partner over the weekend. Checked in on Friday and just went straight to our room as we were too tired of travelling from York. As winter has fast approached this year, we decided to have an evening meal at the restaurant of the hotel on Saturday 27th. This seemed as a good idea because it saved us from going out in the cold, as my partner has arthritis, therefore dinning in the premises was the best option.

One night stay whilst seeing gig at Symphony Hall Birmingham. Nice spacious room with nice bathroom, great views of Birmingham from higher floors. Good selection at breakfast and attentive staff. Had afternoon tea as part of package deal, very filling......too much cake !!!

Spectacular communal areas and everywhere is designed to a high standard. We can't grant the elusive 5 as the bedroom was compact and fairly basic. Other hotels at a similar price offer separate shampoo, conditioner, dressing gowns and even slippers.

Prestige condition rooms are tidy to perfection Bathroom work everything you'd need. Restaurant is top class. I hold meeting here weekly can't complain the environment. Brilliant staffs & customer service classy.

A lovely hotel. It looks very smart with great decorations. Lovely staff. The food was delicious and presented very well too. The car park was located just next door. Its fairly tight but still manageable in a large car.

Great hotel! Had a one night stay here, check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and everything you could want from a 4 star hotel. Therqe was a good selection at breakfast and plenty of it. If I'm ever in Birmingham, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
