Terrific experience buying an engagement ring from Kayes.
Having grown up locally, but living in London these days, I decided to come back here for an engagement ring and very pleased I did. Great personable service from Carinth selecting the ring style and stone, and the workshop were able to turn around the setting in a couple of days in time for the planned proposal a couple of days later.

After the initial purchase of our engagement ring from Kayes, and, having been impressed by the quality of product and service, we went back for our bands. As wedding bands are a life long purchase, we decided we wanted bespoke rings designed for us.
Kayes staff were not only very knowledgeable, but also very patient whilst we mulled over our options. Since our intial purchases, we have revisited Kayes on numerous times.... we cannot thank the staff enough for all of their help and guidance, a special thanks goes to Gill and Pippa, two of the loveliest ladies you'll want to meet.

Both my engagement ring and wedding ring are from Kayes and I am so happy my partner chose this jewellers. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I often take my engagement ring in to be cleaned and it comes back looking brand new every time! Cant wait to wear my wedding ring too when we (finally) get our wedding after it being postponed!
