Sent the first engineer without parts. Day 1
roll on a month
Sent the second engineer without training. After staring at the machine and 'phoning for guidance - I then suggested perhaps someone else might be more experienced and more comfortable with the job. They take the machine away. Few weeks later. They 'phone to book to bring the machine back. Arrange to be at home that morning. @11:00 I go to the loo. At this point they ring. Having not been able to answer the 'phone, they then cancel my delivery. I am not pleased, contact the company whose manager is not available
