Adult Classes

Kickboxing is one of our busiest classes and appeals to a wide range of people. With the classes working on pads for a major part of the session the classes are fantastic for fitness flexibility and weight loss/control. Kickboxing is great for every one of all abilities and we have beginners joining all the time while also having British and World champions training.

Classes are held in the evening on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, during the day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and also on Saturday mornings. Kickboxing is great fun to learn and is very good for those wanting an effective art in a short period of time.
Due to the amount of padwork and range of moves involving the whole body including the use of punching, kicking, knee and elbow techniques it provides a fantastic progressive workout improving fitness and assisting weight loss while delivering self defence.Our Kickboxing classes are very fast moving and through our unique teaching methods are easily adapted to all students.

Mixed Martial Arts

MMA Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and you can also attend the Bag Training/sparring sessions either in the evening or lunchtimes, just check the timetable. Many students want a comprehensive training session which covers a multitude of fighting styles and also covers the very close range of fighting when someone grabs you, throws you or drags you to the ground.
Boxing
Report
Boxing is excellent training for every one of all ages so if you are inspired to get fit, loose weight or just want to have a great fun workout in a structured class then this is for you. Boxing Training Sessions are a great way to get fit and have fun punching the pads and bags. Although you will do partner drills during classes you will not spar as we recognise that some students do not wish to spar for a number of different reasons.

Eskrima is a fantastic system for defence especially in current times with knife and weapon attacks becoming more common. This is a very practical defence system that can be learnt relatively quickly. Most classes we teach will cover knife and weapons defence. Tony Willis believes this to be one of the fastest ways of learning a practical but effective self defence system.
