Their pricing was good and the order arrived promptly on 10th November. However the equipment was not properly packed, came apart during transit and had been repacked by DPD. Upon examination I found that a part was missing so contacted Trafalgar Cleaning by email 10th November. I sent chase emails on 12th, 16th, 20th, 24th November then rang and spoke to Josie on 24th & 26th November and again on 9th December, each time I was promised prompt corrective action but nothing happened. In the end, as it was a Christmas gift, I had to go out and purchase the missing part. Next time I will stick with

What fantastic service. I tried ordering my machine locally but had no joy at all infact was told new orders could take 3 months to arrive. Clearly they had not heard of Trafalgar. Place an order for a numatic 470 on Monday 20th at 5pm and received it to my door in Nantwich at 9am Wednesday. Thank you Paul and the team.

I bought a lawnmower from here in May. It was faulty from the get go so I sent it back, I was accused of not putting oil in it I put oil and fuel in it when I received it! Even had fuel additive to protect the engine. Anyway, three months later Im still without a lawnmower and my 415 that I paid for the thing they directed me to the manufacturer and basically took zero responsibility. This is not in accordance with the consumer rights act. They do provide goods at very competitive prices, but just pray you dont have any issue as you (the customer) will be left out of pocket. Really wonderful service from Connor today who has replaced the engine on our paddock cleaner. Can't survive without this bit of kit which gets a lot of use (hence the repair), so very grateful for working around our needs and getting us going again.
