The Salt Room is the ideal Brighton venue for conference dinners, corporate events, personal celebrations and weddings. On offer are two seasonal group dining menus, which gives guests the choice of individual courses or a more communal dining experience with sharing courses for the table. Bespoke menus and canapes are also available upon request.
