Our Adult & Child lessons are a great introduction into swimming! Lead by an experienced, Adult & Child qualified teacher, who will guide and encourage parents on correct holds to ensure a fun safe enviroment to learn in. Encouraging and advising even the most nervous of parents how to get the best out of each lesson.
The theme of the lesson will change weekly (we do not believe in forced submersions) as every child develops at different paces so why should swimming be any different. Nursery rhymes and activities and will be adapted to a particular skill, which makes for a fun filled learning experience for both parent and child.
