Services
Sports Massage
Sports massage targets muscle tension and injuries caused by physical activity. This therapy improves circulation, reduces recovery time, and prevents future injuries through deep tissue manipulation. Ideal for athletes and active individuals seeking performance enhancement and pain relief.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage addresses chronic muscle pain and postural issues through focused pressure on deeper muscle layers. It releases tension knots, improves mobility, and corrects muscle imbalances. Particularly effective for back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by repetitive strain or poor posture.
Lower Back Pain
Specialised treatment for lower back pain combines soft tissue release and trigger point therapy. This approach alleviates nerve compression, strengthens core muscles, and restores natural spinal alignment. Addresses both acute injuries and chronic discomfort from sedentary lifestyles.
Neck Pain Treatment
Neck pain treatment focuses on releasing tension in cervical muscles and improving range of motion. Combines myofascial release with posture correction exercises to address headaches, stiffness, and nerve-related discomfort from desk-based work or sports injuries.
Post Event Massage
Post-event massage accelerates recovery after athletic competitions or intense training. Enhances circulation to remove metabolic waste, reduces muscle soreness, and maintains flexibility through effleurage and petrissage techniques. Recommended within 72 hours of physical exertion.

Luca is extremely professional but displays a great sense of humour and also kindness while performing his treatments. He listens carefully to any issues and ensures that the treatment is correctly targeted while making his client as comfortable as possible. There is a lovely atmosphere in his studio and it is exceptionally well presented, clean and neat. His sessions are very affordable and absolute great value for money. I will recommend him to anyone who requires this service and will be returning to him in future for my ongoing treatments as well.
