Sheet Metal Design
Our technical engineers collaborate with clients using advanced CAD software like Radan, Inventor, and SolidWorks 3D. We offer prototyping services to develop optimal design solutions tailored to specific requirements. Our design process ensures precision and efficiency in every project.
Laser Cutting
We utilise Bystronic and Trumpf laser-cutting technology with 24/7 facilities and automatic sheet loaders. Capable of handling various metals with thicknesses up to 25mm in mild steel, ensuring high accuracy and efficient production.
Powder Coating
Our powder-coating operation features two conveyorised paint plants with multiple pre-treatment options. Approved by AkzoNobel, we handle parts up to 5500mm long with continuous quality checks and a wide range of finish options.
Welding & Fabrication
With over 60 skilled engineers, we offer TIG, MIG, MMA, and robotic welding. Our facilities include automated Fanuc welding cells and heavy lifting equipment to handle large-scale fabrication projects with precision.
Assembly
Our dedicated assembly area provides a clean environment for skilled personnel to complete complex projects. We handle both internal and external inspections to ensure quality in every assembled product.
