EDM Machining
Our ISO-certified EDM machining achieves 3-4 micron accuracy using 20 advanced machines. We handle complex geometries in conductive materials for aerospace and nuclear sectors. Components up to 4,500kg are supported with full documentation.
Wire Erosion
Precision wire erosion services using 6-axis machines with travel ranges up to 1090640600mm. Ideal for intricate profiles in hardened metals. Maintains 0.002mm accuracy for tooling and die applications.
Spark Erosion
CNC spark erosion for complex cavities in hardened tool steels. Our 7 dedicated machines handle workpieces up to 1500750650mm. Commonly used for injection mould tools and aerospace components.
CNC Machining
Complementary CNC machining services including milling, turning, and drilling. 5-axis capabilities for complex components. Integrated with EDM processes for complete manufacturing solutions.
Fast Hole Drilling
High-speed EDM hole drilling for small diameter deep holes. Capable of 500300450mm workpieces. Commonly used for aerospace fuel system components and die cooling channels.
