Excellent quality and personalised customer service. Kim and the team went the extra mile to get our carpet fitted in step with the decorating and building work we were having done. They ensured that the carpet was fitted within very tight, and changeable deadlines in the lead up to Christmas. We look forward to using them again.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! All members of the team are extremely professional, highly experienced and genuinely care about their customers. The fitters went the extra mile putting excellent finishing touches and the store staff were friendly and very empathetic and professional with regards to making our experience COVID secure. Many thanks to all at Brighton Carpet Centre for making our first carpet buying experience a great one! Could not be happier!
