On a busy Saturday night they arrived within 10-15 minutes of when we'd booked,both there and back. And having accidentally left something in the first car, the driver arranged a meeting place to return it the next day

Downloaded app booked taxi....waited 20 minutes to be told by the driver that he has arrived but he cancelled the job by mistake, then wants me to go through process a complicated one to make sure he gets the job after I have to rebook. What a joke but it gets funnier after waiting still for 30 minutes still no taxi. Called then on the 4th call they answered, but wasn't really bothered and told me wait another 10 minutes like it or leave it. What a cowboy outfit, they should swap their cars for horses If you need a taxi and on time don't call these lot but if you need a cowboy call away.

Worst Taxi journey ever The driver used only one hand on the steering wheel all the journey even around islands and corners. He kept messing with the radio which was playing loud music then he was taking a drink out of a metal cup he wasn't wearing a mask and after leaving the taxi the back brake light wasn't working .

We booked our taxi after collecting our bags and had the option of selecting 'immediate' arrival or arrival within 15 or 30 minutes. I selected 15 minutes to give us more than enough time to walk up to the free car park. We made the journey in under 15 minutes. Upon arrival (bearing in mind it's loud pulling cases and we're all juggling hand luggage and cases etc.) I checked my app and saw the driver was at Resorts World and could see on the map it had an estimated arrival time within 7 minutes which was after the 15 minute window but we thought this was fine given it's Saturday night.
