We found out about Lance James at a wedding fayre in Ipswich. We loved that their rings were very different to other jewellers on the highstreet. We had a pleasant experience at the Chelmsford store, they were very attentive and patient whilst we went through the process of trying all of the rings in the shop!! Both myself and my husband bought our rings from the store with a great turnaround and we love the quality and finish of our rings! Thank you for looking after us and making our day special!

Absolutely fantastic jewellers. I went in on Saturday to get a necklace repaired and they fixed it there and then. Really impressed and the repair was so straight forward I was asked to just put 5 in a charity pot of my choosing. Will return!

The staff team at Lance James are exceptional in terms of customer service and knowledge in relation to jewellery design and gemstones. My original wedding band (not from Lance James) had issues where the stones keep falling out. I later inherited my grandmothers ring and wanted to wear this with my wedding band. Lance helped me design an adaptation to the wedding band using the original stones that would fit perfectly with the inherited ring. They also did a valuation for the inherited ring for me and restored it to its former glory by cleaning it and straightening the setting. I was really
