Absolutely terrible product and service, not suitable for commercial use whatsoever and failed to deliver in every area, we have never wrote so many letters of complaints and problems and would certainly not recommend you use this company.

HBT has just carried out an install of IT and broadband at our new premises and I recommend them highly. It was so refreshing to be able to deal with one person about our install and not be passed around a call centre. The engineer who carried out the installation turned up when they said they would and left the premises spotless. We are also one of the first businesses in Kenilworth to benefit from the Connection Voucher scheme, which has really helped cover costs.
