Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilises hot water extraction and advanced pre-treatment solutions to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. Certified technicians apply NCCA-approved methods that ensure fabric integrity while achieving hygienic results. The process includes antibacterial treatment to eliminate dust mites, benefiting allergy sufferers, with carpets dry enough for immediate use. This service extends carpet lifespan by removing abrasive particles that degrade fibres over time.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialist upholstery cleaning addresses diverse materials including velvet, leather, and synthetic fabrics using tailored techniques. Our Chemspec-approved products safely remove stains and odours without damaging delicate surfaces. The 12-step process includes fabric testing, agitation, and optional Stainshield protection to maintain appearance. Commercial-grade equipment ensures thorough cleaning while preserving fabric texture and colour integrity for both domestic and business environments.
Curtain Cleaning
In-situ curtain cleaning removes dust, allergens, and stains from all curtain types including thermal linings and stage drapes. Our non-invasive method prevents shrinkage while maintaining fabric structure. Technicians apply fabric-specific solutions and optional flameproofing treatments to meet safety standards. This service eliminates the need for removal/reinstallation, reducing disruption for residential and commercial clients across the South East.
Stain Removal
Specialist stain removal tackles challenging substances like red wine, blood, and ink using targeted chemical solutions. NCCA-certified technicians assess stain composition to select appropriate treatments while preserving fabric integrity. The process combines pre-testing, specialised sprays, and extraction techniques to maximise removal success. Stainshield protection can be applied post-treatment to prevent future incidents on carpets and upholstery.
Flameproofing
Professional flameproofing applies fire-retardant coatings to curtains, upholstery, and fabrics in compliance with British safety standards. This service meets regulatory requirements for commercial premises including schools, theatres, and hospitality venues. The treatment maintains fabric appearance while creating protective barriers against ignition sources. Regular reapplication ensures continued compliance with evolving fire safety legislation for both domestic and business properties.
