Medical acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into affected areas of the body to encourage pain relief and promote healing. The difference between medical acupuncture and Chinese acupuncture is that Chinese acupuncture is based on the ancient beliefs of 'yin' and 'yang'. Medical acupuncture uses a combined knowledge of physiology and pathology, anatomy and the common principles of evidence based medicine.
Soft Tissue Therapy

Booking in regular sports massage sessions can improve your posture, reduce the risk of injury and will help reduce your recovery time if you are athletic. A sports massage is a deeper, more intense and focused massage than Swedish or conventional massage. Our experienced therapists use the most current techniques, including Graston tools to provide a high quality sports massage.
