Fernleigh Wearden & Company Ltd was first established in 1985 by Paul & Alison Wearden as a family run financial advice business under the name Fernleigh Wearden & Co. We have two highly qualified and experienced independent financial advisers who have almost 60 years of experience in the financial services industry between them.

Paul has spent his entire working life in the financial services industry. In 1981, he started work at Britannic Assurance in Preston. He then moved to Abacan, Smith & Patterson in 1983, which was located in central Preston. He became fully qualified in the subsequent years, achieving the highest industry accolade at the time of Fellow of the Life Insurance Industry.
