Aspect Holidays were a breeze to deal with from booking to welcome info. Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. The cottage we booked was spotless and fabulously appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

I moved to Aspects a couple of years ago, from another holiday let agency with which I had become disillusioned. The experience has been very good. The team at the Penzance office are friendly, efficient and responsive. When there are the inevitable niggles with guests they strike a good balance between dealing with minor issues themselves and contacting me for more substantial matters. My bookings are good, and my guests also give good reports about the service they get from Aspects. JD

We first used Aspects services as guests and truly enjoyed our interactions with them. So when we became property owners in 2017 they were our first choice to manage our property. We have always found the Penzance office to be helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. We couldnt manage without them!

The Penzance team are always cheerful and helpful. When getting our apartment ready we had lots of practical advice and the team were very diligent in checking all was in order before our apartment was advertised.
