Each unit includes free superfast Wi-Fi and pet-friendly options, sleeping up to nine guests.

Static Caravans

Comfortable static caravans feature well-equipped kitchens, cosy living areas, and outdoor seating. Available in 2- and 3-bedroom configurations, these units cater to families or couples. Selected models include hot tubs and dog-friendly access, with easy proximity to coastal walks and beaches.

Camping Pitches

Spacious camping pitches accommodate tents and small campervans, with electric hook-ups available. Set in a secluded, tree-lined environment, these pitches offer privacy and access to on-site facilities. No additional charges apply for gazebos or pup tents.

Touring Pitches

Fully serviced hardstanding and grass pitches cater to touring caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. Facilities include electric hook-ups, grey water disposal, and free Wi-Fi. The peaceful setting provides easy access to Cornwalls coastal attractions and local amenities.

Holiday Home Sales

Purchase a holiday home with site fees and rates included for the first year. Options include 2025 models like the Pemberton Avon and ABI Beverley, with 10-year warranties. Managed letting programmes help offset costs when unoccupied, and part-exchange options are available.

Yes, we welcome well-trained dogs across all touring and camping pitches, plus selected caravans. Kennack Sands Beach is dog-friendly year-round except during the six-week main school holidays.

Are the lodges and caravans available for year-round living?

No, our holiday homes operate under an 11-month seasonal licence and cannot be used as permanent residences. Planning regulations restrict their use to leisure stays only.

Do you offer a letting service for holiday home owners?

Yes, our managed letting programme helps offset running costs by renting your property when unoccupied. Private commercial letting through platforms like Airbnb is not permitted.

What facilities are available on-site?

Facilities include children’s play areas, BBQ and campfire zones, EV charging, a launderette, and picnic tables. Dog-friendly amenities and local taxi partnerships enhance guest convenience.

How are holiday home site fees structured?

Site fees include pitch placement, grounds maintenance, and access to facilities. For 2026, caravan fees are £3,250 and lodge fees are £3,750, with rates and refuse charges included.

What happens when a holiday home’s licence expires?

Licences last 15 years for caravans and 25 years for lodges. Renewal is possible under continued compliance, with no mandatory removal based on age. We prioritise quality standards over arbitrary age limits.

Just got back from yet another perfect holiday at Silver Sands. This time round my husband and I booked a lodge for a long weekend and we were delighted. We have stayed at Silver Sands a number of times and have never been disappointed. The facilities are immaculate and well laid out. The lodge we stayed in was very well equipped with plenty of space. As someone who is recovering from hip and pelvis replacement due to cancer I was uncertain if I would be able to stay comfortably but I found I was most comfortable, I couldn't use a wheelchair in the lodge obviously but I could use a walking frame

Brilliant site, very well kept. A real sense of being in the great outdoors with the trees and wildlife. Each plot is separated by a row of small bushes which is a great idea, you get a real sense of privacy.
Facilities are clean and nice, only tiny negative is that there is no on site shop unfortunately, and it's abit of a drive to the nearest one. We would definitely stay again.

Weve been there 4 times already and loved it every time! Great play area for kids, huge dog field for the pups, clean and tidy toilets and showers, spacious pitches with some shade. And a beautiful beach just a short walk through the woods!

Highly recommend. Lovely site, clean showers and toilets with separate family shower room. Washer/dryer room with iron if needed, washing up area with lots of freezer space. 2 parks, one much smaller but… perfect for little ones, sand pit too. Ever so clean and kept lovely, good size spacious pitches. Lovely owners, beautiful walk to the beach. This is one of our favourite sites and will definitely be back.
