My Mum has recently passed away and we used Henry Ison as our funeral director. Kim has been absolutely amazing from start to finish and the level of customer service has been first class, the allocated celebrant was also excellent and spent over 2 hours with my Dad preparing for the day. The service went really well and I know my Mum was looked after by the team. I cannot recommend this Director highly enough they have been first class and thanks again Kim for your help in this difficult time

We chose to use Henry Ison and Sons Funeral Directors. Just as well we chose them because the Allesley branch manager Kim that received us lived up to and exceeded our expectations. From the first day we spoke to Kim to the day of burial she engendered confidence with compassion & kind professionalism. My family had many demands which were readily accommodated without hesitation. On day of viewing my Aunty was well prepared and we were allowed to view and spend as much time as possible with her. My mum passed away suddenly in January and I called Kim who immediately put me at ease and talked through exactly what I needed to do. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so kind throughout the whole process. On the day of the funeral the team made sure everything ran perfectly, they were so professional. Thank you for making an extremely difficult time a bit easier to deal with.
