Sam Taylor has now been involved in the passing of both our parents, Dr George & Mrs Thorpe, long standing residents in Dorridge. Seeing Sam again was a great relief in knowing that everything would be handled and we would be consulted on every detail. Audreys funeral was perfect in every way. Over the years our family has used what was classed as the local family funeral directors in our area. They unfortunately became a national concern a while ago and lost that one to one personal touch we had become used to.
Luckily we found Sam at Taylors had opened in Dorridge and asked him to deal with our grandmothers passing. Both Sam and Liza were so approachable caring and professional at every stage of the process. We honestly could not have asked for a more fitting and dignified way to give our respects and say our fair wells to Grandma. We would not hesitate for a moment

Taylor's managed my Fathers funeral in October 2018. Their service and attentiveness was excellent and helped us through what of course is a difficult time. A few months later, sadly my Mother passed away, and we re-engaged with Taylor's without hesitation. I would thoroughly recommend them.
