If I could provide zero stars I would. We ended up in dispute with our builder and Acoustic Consultants had been used by them following my recommendation. I contacted them to see how we could move forward even if that resulted in us paying again for the sound testing. I was asked to email, and then for a week they didn't even make any attempt to respond, especially in light of the fact they understood that there were time constraints. I appreciate they may not have been able to carry out the sound testing, but they were disinterested and unprofessional to say the least. A simple sentence to advise

We use Acoustic consultants for all our sound insulation testing and acoustic consulatncy. They provide an excellent cost effective sound testing service and excellent acoustic advice throughout the constuction process.
