We are a Petcare Service based in Llandovery in Carmarthenshire in the heart of the Welsh Countryside. We offer a full range of petcare services including dog grooming and pet sitting. Your dog will receive regular walks, TLC and attention whilst spending the day with Pawsitive Petcare. House sitting services are very useful if you need to travel and leave your house unattended.

I live with my partner and two Border Collies along with three ponies, several chickens and ducks on a 12 acre smallholding - in a quiet rural location. I have experience with small animals and cats and have an area for boarding small animals. I am licensed by the Local Authority for Home Boarding for Dogs.

Do you have a new pup or a dog that needs some training, perhaps a behaviour problem you'd like help with - there is no quick fix just commitment from you to ensure that you can work with the tools I provide to develop a rewarding and trusting relationship with your dog built on respect and trust. Puppy/Dog Life Skill classes run weekly in Llandovery.
Dog Boarding

Avoid the stresses of putting your dog in a kennel - this alternative accommodation for your dog allows your dog the chance of a holiday whilst you have yours. Licensed by the local authority for dog boarding and fully insured. Just bring their favourite toy(s), bed, feed and bowls and anything else to help your dog feel more secure and settled.

I ensure all dogs receive the utmost care and attention at all times during their visit, making them feel as comfortable as possible in a calm and friendly environment. All breeds are catered for, with the grooming being tailored to meet the owners requirements. Products used are of a high quality but I am happy to use a specific product if provided by the owner or if there are specific requirements prescribed by your vet.
House Sitting

House sitting services are very useful if you need to travel and leave your house unattended. The greatest worries people have when they are away from home will surely centre on the security of their property. Many burglaries are committed while people are away on holiday, so it makes sense to maintain a reassuring presence while your home is unoccupied - after all, no-one wants to return to find that they have been burgled.
