I'm a professional guitarist/multi instrumentalist based in Guildford, Surrey. Offering Guitar, Ukulele, Banjo and Bass lessons to all ages and to all levels and experience. I have been playing guitar for over 25 years all over the world live and as a session musician. I knew from a very early age that I wanted to be a professional musician. My first guitar actually belonged to my mother, it was awful, the strings were so high off the fret board you could've grated your parmesan off them!

When I first started playing banjo I quickly realized how little there is out there to start as a complete beginner, then to an intermediate and finally an advanced level that was quick and easy to understand, for the non-musician, and like myself, the already play an instrument musician. Here at Guildford Banjo School learn how to play the banjo quickly and easily with fun lessons aimed at the individual playing style and taste of each student.

My real asset as a teacher is a genuine passion for the ukulele that I love to pass on to my students. I believe that playing music is one of the most special things and I take great pleasure in sharing this appreciation.
