Very disappointed!!!!! I just called to ask for a quote as I am based in Ipswich and the gentleman told me that it is not worth coming. Why? He doesn't want to be bothered with customers making less than 50K. Your website does says that you serve domestic and small business owners even in Ipswich. If you don't want to be bothered with a job 'that it doesn't worth coming' then please delete it from your website because it is really confusing. Thank you for your time at least to pick up the phone!

So if you want a fire curtain go to Coopers, they said they can come the next day to fix it. Westwood security shutters ltd may sell you fire curtains but dont ever expect to see them again.
